  “Disappointing”
  Left me having to sort out problems that should not have existed. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring. Stopped working properly after a couple of weeks.

  “Does exactly what it says”
  They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Arrived well within the window they promised. Stitching is neat and there were no loose threads anywhere.

  They sorted it in the end, which is what matters. Value is okay once you factor in the delivery cost. An average experience, honestly.
