  “No complaints at all”
Been using Vertbaudet on and off since last winter. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. Overall a very smooth experience.

  “Does exactly what it says”
Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Reasonable pricing and they are upfront about shipping costs.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
Took a chance on a brand I had never heard of and it paid off. Reasonable pricing and they are upfront about shipping costs. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template.
