    “Not bad, not great”
    Reasonable experience with a couple of small annoyances. Everything matched what was shown at the time of booking. Might order again, might not.

    “Worth the money”
    Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Good value, especially compared to the high street.

    “Everything went right”
    I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. Support was reachable while I was actually travelling.

    Found this store through a friend and I'm glad I did. It matches the product photos, which honestly is rare these days. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Support was reachable while I was actually travelling. Solid experience overall.
