    “Average experience”
    It did the job, but I was expecting a bit more. Slightly overpriced for what you actually get. The first reply was a template, the second one was actually useful.

    “Not quite what I hoped”
    Half of my order was great and half was underwhelming. Got my issue resolved, just slowly. Might order again, might not.

    “Everything went right”
    Placed a fairly big order with Pierreetvacances and everything arrived exactly as listed. Cancellation terms were clear before I paid. Not much more you can ask for really.

    Decent enough, but there is room for improvement. It works, though the finish is a little rough in places. Fine for what it was.
