  “Long wait, poor result”
  Dispatch email arrived days after the parcel did. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end. The colour is nothing like what was advertised. Not going back.

  “Good price, good service”
  Been using Animigo on and off since last winter. My dog took to it straight away, which never happens. They have earned a spot in my bookmarks.

  Regret using them for something I actually needed on time. Nobody could tell me where my order actually was. It arrived with a visible defect straight out of the box.

  “Poor experience”
  I had high hopes for Animigo but it did not work out. I will be shopping elsewhere.

  “Better than expected”
  Found this store through a friend and I'm glad I did. Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.
