“Easy recommendation”

Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. The specs on the listing were accurate down to the measurements. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. My dog took to it straight away, which never happens.

“Smooth experience”

Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. Easy to clean, which matters more than anything. It just worked, start to finish.
