  “Frustrating from the start”
  Dispatch email arrived days after the parcel did. They wanted me to pay return postage on a defective item. The discount code did not work despite being valid.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem.

  Second order from Aphyta and it was less smooth than the first. Arrived within the outer estimate but nowhere near the inner one. Had to chase twice before anyone got back to me. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering. Might order again, might not.

  “Frustrating from the start”
  The parcel arrived damaged and clearly badly packed. Quality is well below what the photos suggest. Got copy-paste replies that did not address the problem. I will be shopping elsewhere.
