  The parcel arrived damaged and clearly badly packed. Refund was promised and then went quiet for a month.

  “Will be back”
  Ordered from Bangerhead for the first time and it went better than I expected. Good value, especially compared to the high street. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering. Happy customer, will return.

  “More hassle than it was worth”
  My order from Bangerhead was a bit of a mess from the start. Split into three parcels and the last one never came. Sticking to other sites from now on.

  “Would order again”
  Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Texture is light and absorbs quickly.

  “Quality is lacking”
  Got copy-paste replies that did not address the problem. Feels cheap and flimsy, nothing like the description. Cannot recommend based on this experience.
