  Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. It looks good in the room and matches the photos. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

  Shipping took over three weeks with no explanation. Poorly made and not fit for what it is sold for. Nobody could tell me where my order actually was. Sale price was barely different from the normal price.

  Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward.

  They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.
