  “Everything went right”
  No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something. Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. Has held up well to daily use so far. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens.

  Everything that could go slightly wrong did. Wrong address on the label despite entering it correctly. Smells strongly of chemicals and still has not faded. Nobody could tell me where my order actually was.
