  “Arrived fast and well packed”
  Ordered from Armitron for the first time and it went better than I expected. The fit is true to the size guide, which is unusual for online clothing. Would tell a friend to try them.

  “Support let it down”
  First and probably last order here. Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me. Extra handling fee appeared at the last step.

  “Average experience”
  Delivery was slow but the tracking at least worked. Support replied, but it took three days. One item was great, the other was mediocre. Solid enough for a low risk purchase.

  Packaging was thin and one corner of the box was crushed. Got my issue resolved, just slowly. Sizing chart was accurate down to the measurements. Room for improvement but no real complaints.

  Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Arrived faster than the big marketplaces usually manage. Fabric feels good and it has survived a few washes without shrinking.
