  “Poor experience”
  I had high hopes for Aura Devices but it did not work out. Split into three parcels and the last one never came. Left me out of pocket and out of patience.

  “Second order, same quality”
  Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. Colour has not faded after several washes.

  “Slower than expected”
  Ordered from Aura Devices and it was fine, just not remarkable. No response to my first email, the second one got through. The cut is flattering and it hangs properly. Might order again, might not.

  “Repeat customer now”
  Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. Fabric feels good and it has survived a few washes without shrinking.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Used Aura Devices twice now and both experiences were smooth. It looks like the photos rather than a cheap copy of them. I'll be back next time I need something similar.
