  “Happy with this one”
  Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item.

  “Nice surprise”
  It arrived a day early and the packaging was solid. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. Reliable, which counts for a lot.

  “Will be back”
  Been using Aroma Magic on and off since last winter. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Not much more you can ask for really.

  Fine for a one-off purchase, not sure about regular use. Dispatch took three days before it even moved. Reasonable, if unspectacular.
