  “Pleasantly surprised”
  No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. Warranty claim went through with no drama. Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem. Overall a very smooth experience.

  Perfectly usable but the photos are flattering. The FAQ answered more than their support did. Packaging was thin and one corner of the box was crushed. Fine, but I would compare prices first next time.

  “Wish I had checked elsewhere”
  Took so long I had already bought the same thing elsewhere. Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. Started falling apart after light use.

  “Will be back”
  I've been buying from Smytten for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Texture is light and absorbs quickly. I have already recommended them to two people.
