    “Room for improvement”
    Slight defect on the stitching, not enough to return it. Courier left it outside in the rain, though that is not really on the store.

    “Long wait, poor result”
    They refused a return despite the item being faulty. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me. Smells strongly of chemicals and still has not faded.

    “Not as described”
    Shipping took over three weeks with no explanation. It works, barely, but I would not trust it. Left me out of pocket and out of patience.
