  “Will be back”
  They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Performance has been stable since day one. Happy customer, will return.

  Good value, especially compared to the high street. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Firmware updated without any problems. Reliable, which counts for a lot.

  Decent enough, but there is room for improvement. The first reply was a template, the second one was actually useful. Packaging was thin and one corner of the box was crushed. It works, though the finish is a little rough in places. It came with the right adapter for my region.

  They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about.
