“Quick and painless”

Price was competitive and the quality justified it. The quality is noticeably better than the photos suggested. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about.

I've been buying from Art of tea for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Packaging kept everything fresh in transit. Would tell a friend to try them.
