  “Wish I had checked elsewhere”
  Prices went up between me adding to basket and checking out. Started falling apart after light use. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring. Disappointed is the honest summary.

  Came across Rice & Shine through a discount code and ended up staying a customer. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. Photos on the site do not really do it justice. The sizing guide for the collar was accurate.
