  “Better than expected”
  Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced.

  “Nice surprise”
  Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. Came with all the clips and screws needed.

  “Does exactly what it says”
  Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. It arrived a day early and the packaging was solid. Fitted my model without any modification needed. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Installation took about an hour with basic tools. Exactly what I hoped for.
