  Placed a fairly big order with Banwood and everything arrived exactly as listed. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay.

  No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

  My sister recommended Banwood and I finally gave it a try last month. Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid. Turned up in four working days with no fuss. Not much more you can ask for really.
