“Everything went right”

They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Age guidance on the box was about right. Overall a very smooth experience.

“Great value for money”

Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful.
