  Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. No sharp edges and everything feels safe enough.

  Been using Beaba on and off since last winter. Age guidance on the box was about right. Would happily spend money here again.

  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown.

  “Solid from start to finish”
  Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. Got roughly thirty percent off and it still arrived quickly. Batteries were included, which saved a trip out.
