  Been meaning to leave feedback for a while because the last order went so well. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Build feels solid rather than plasticky. Reliable, which counts for a lot.

  I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Build feels solid rather than plasticky.

  Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Runs cool and quiet, which I was worried about. Sticking with them for future orders.

  “Not quite what I hoped”
  Mixed feelings about Barrelkings, though nothing went badly wrong. Not expensive, but I have seen it cheaper elsewhere since. Compatible with everything I needed it to work with. Might order again, might not.
