  “Quality is lacking”
  My order from Metalworker was a bit of a mess from the start. Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well. Frustrating from start to finish.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Found this store through a friend and I'm glad I did. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Performance has been stable since day one. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

  Response time was quick both times I contacted them. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. Arrived faster than the big marketplaces usually manage. Runs cool and quiet, which I was worried about.
