  Everything was sealed properly and clearly labelled. Warranty claim went through with no drama. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem. Glad I took the chance on them.

  “Good price, good service”
  Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. Started noticing a difference after about three weeks. Exactly what I hoped for.

  Photos on the site do not really do it justice. Turned up in four working days with no fuss. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time.

  “Nice surprise”
  Third order with Basiclab this year, so that probably tells you enough. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Better made than something I paid twice as much for elsewhere. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Ingredients list matched what was shown online. Would tell a friend to try them.
