    “More hassle than it was worth”
    Disappointing experience with Neness, unfortunately. Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology. Smells strongly of chemicals and still has not faded.

    First time buyer and I'd happily order again. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

    “Glad I ordered”
    Price was competitive and the quality justified it. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

    “Does the job”
    Support replied, but it took three days. Tracking stopped updating for a few days which was annoying. Currency conversion added a bit more than I expected. A little goes a long way so the bottle should last.

    “Exactly what I needed”
    Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem. Would happily spend money here again.
