    Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools. Solid experience overall.

    Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. Dimensions matched the listing exactly, which mattered for the space. Glad I took the chance on them.

    “Acceptable”
    I wanted to like BeLaMa DE more than I did. Tracking stopped updating for a few days which was annoying. No response to my first email, the second one got through. The discount code helped, otherwise it would have been steep. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools.

    My order from BeLaMa DE was a bit of a mess from the start. Not going back.
