  “Quality is lacking”
  Would not order from CheaperOnline again based on this. Shipping cost almost as much as the item. Learned my lesson on this one.

  Ordered from CheaperOnline for the first time and it went better than I expected. They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something.

  “Does exactly what it says”
  Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Already planning my next order.

  “Arrived late and damaged”
  I had high hopes for CheaperOnline but it did not work out. They refused a return despite the item being faulty. Package arrived opened and one item was missing. Frustrating from start to finish.

  “Slower than expected”
  Had to chase twice before anyone got back to me. Perfectly usable but the photos are flattering. The finish is even with no marks or scratches.
