  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. Sturdy once assembled, no wobble at all. Would order from here again without hesitating.

  “Great value for money”
  Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools. Sticking with them for future orders.

  I wanted to like BoxAirKlima more than I did. Got my issue resolved, just slowly. Perfectly usable but the photos are flattering. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools.

  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Dimensions matched the listing exactly, which mattered for the space. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.
