  “More hassle than it was worth”
  First and probably last order here. Customer service blamed the courier and left it there. Courier choice was poor and there was no option to change it. Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well.

  “Slower than expected”
  No response to my first email, the second one got through. Dimensions matched the listing exactly, which mattered for the space. Okay experience, three stars feels about right.
