  “Poor experience”
  It works, barely, but I would not trust it. Response was rude, which sealed it for me. Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well. No padding at all, just the item loose in a bag.

  “Genuinely impressed”
  Been meaning to leave feedback for a while because the last order went so well. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. Would order from here again without hesitating.

  It arrived a day early and the packaging was solid. The specs on the listing were accurate down to the measurements. With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. Solid experience overall.

  “Wish I had checked elsewhere”
  Genuinely more trouble than it was worth. Ended up paying more than advertised once fees were added. Started falling apart after light use. Learned my lesson on this one.

  “Does the job”
  Does the job, but I doubt it will last years. Price crept up between adding to basket and paying. They answered the question I asked but not the one I meant. Okay experience, three stars feels about right.
