  Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund. Quality is well below what the photos suggest. Disappointed is the honest summary.

  “Arrived fast and well packed”
  I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. Photos on the site do not really do it justice. No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. It looks like the photos rather than a cheap copy of them.

  “Support let it down”
  My order from Else was a bit of a mess from the start. The returns address they gave was wrong. Refund came back short of what I paid.
