    “Repeat customer now”
    Found this store through a friend and I'm glad I did. Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. The finish is even with no marks or scratches. Solid experience overall.

    Instructions were poorly translated but I worked it out. Good price, though the extra fees at checkout were unexpected.

    Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time.

    “Solid from start to finish”
    Placed a fairly big order with Brondell and everything arrived exactly as listed. It looks good in the room and matches the photos. Happy customer, will return.
