My sister recommended Smokpub and I finally gave it a try last month. It looks good in the room and matches the photos. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Dimensions matched the listing exactly, which mattered for the space.

“Does the job”

Shipping was the weakest part of the whole thing. Nothing that would stop me ordering again.

Would think twice before ordering from here again. Felt overpriced once I saw the actual quality. Not worth the risk in my opinion.
