  “Smooth experience”
  Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. Already planning my next order.

  “Better than expected”
  Been using Butterbell on and off since last winter. Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools. Would order from here again without hesitating.

  Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. It looks good in the room and matches the photos. Exactly what I hoped for.

  “Long wait, poor result”
  The parcel arrived damaged and clearly badly packed. Not worth the money for what turned up. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring.
