  Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. I saved a decent amount using a code from here. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Photos on the site do not really do it justice. Dishwasher safe as claimed, no discolouring so far.

  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. For the price I honestly cannot complain. Arrived well within the window they promised. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message.
