  Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. Firmware updated without any problems. It just worked, start to finish.

  One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected.

  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Performance has been stable since day one. Would order from here again without hesitating.

  “Easy recommendation”
  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. Compatible with everything I needed it to work with. Comfortably recommend them.

  “Arrived late and damaged”
  The discount code did not work despite being valid. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end. Would only consider them again if a lot changed.
