    Refund was promised and then went quiet for a month. The saving was not worth the problems that followed. Tracking never updated past the dispatch stage.

    Ordered from JOOAN for the first time and it went better than I expected. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six.

    “Quality is there”
    Found this store through a friend and I'm glad I did. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. The total at checkout matched what I expected, no hidden extras. Happy customer, will return.
