  Well wrapped, nothing rattling around inside. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Warranty claim went through with no drama.

  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Colour has not faded after several washes. Already planning my next order.

  “Will be back”
  I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault.
