    “Repeat customer now”
    Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Colour has not faded after several washes. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

    “Happy with this one”
    Came across Gisela through a discount code and ended up staying a customer. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Stitching is neat and there were no loose threads anywhere.
