  “Poor experience”
  It arrived with a visible defect straight out of the box. Closed my ticket without resolving anything. Cheaper and better on three other sites.

  “Arrived late and damaged”
  Everything that could go slightly wrong did. No padding at all, just the item loose in a bag. Would rate lower if I could.

  “Not as described”
  Wish I had read more reviews before ordering. They wanted me to pay return postage on a defective item. Courier choice was poor and there was no option to change it. Quality is well below what the photos suggest.
