  “Genuinely impressed”
  Used Plonk twice now and both experiences were smooth. The quality is noticeably better than the photos suggested. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. They have earned a spot in my bookmarks.

  Everything that could go slightly wrong did. Smells strongly of chemicals and still has not faded. Closed my ticket without resolving anything.

  Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. Nothing was crushed despite the long journey. It just worked, start to finish.

  Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Portion sizes were about what I expected from the listing.

  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Arrived well within the best before date. Sticking with them for future orders.
