  “Fine with caveats”
  Middle of the road experience for me. Not expensive, but I have seen it cheaper elsewhere since. Returns process works but the form is confusing.

  Support replied, but it took three days. Arrived within the outer estimate but nowhere near the inner one.

  “Easy recommendation”
  Third order with CapsuleShop this year, so that probably tells you enough. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. Packaging kept everything fresh in transit. Comfortably recommend them.

  “Save your money”
  First and probably last order here. Prices went up between me adding to basket and checking out. Split into three parcels and the last one never came. Look at the alternatives before committing.
