    “Quick and painless”
    Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one.

    “Mixed feelings”
    I would call it average, which is not a criticism exactly. They sorted it in the end, which is what matters. Might order again, might not.

    Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. Portion sizes were about what I expected from the listing. Exactly what I hoped for.
