  I read some reviews before ordering and they matched my experience. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting.

  Fine for a one-off purchase, not sure about regular use. Value is okay once you factor in the delivery cost. An average experience, honestly.

  “Worth the money”
  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  “Reliable and quick”
  Placed a fairly big order with Carhartt and everything arrived exactly as listed. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. The total at checkout matched what I expected, no hidden extras. Fabric feels good and it has survived a few washes without shrinking.

  “Nice surprise”
  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Not much more you can ask for really.
