  “Great value for money”
  They answered a fairly technical question clearly. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. The fit is true to the size guide, which is unusual for online clothing.

  Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Nice finish on the seams, feels well made. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

  Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product.

  “Support let it down”
  Not worth the money for what turned up. Support hours are very limited and not stated clearly. Would only consider them again if a lot changed.
