  Colours are true to what was shown on the site. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Glad I took the chance on them.

  No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Support was polite and did not make me chase them.

  Mixed feelings about Carters, though nothing went badly wrong. Description left out a couple of details I would have liked to know. Batteries were included, which saved a trip out. Okay experience, three stars feels about right.

  For the price I honestly cannot complain. Has held up well to daily use so far. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Been using Carters on and off since last winter. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Well wrapped, nothing rattling around inside. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. No sharp edges and everything feels safe enough.
