  “Exactly what I needed”
  It matches the product photos, which honestly is rare these days. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Kept the kids busy for far longer than I expected.

  “Quality is there”
  Ended up buying more than I planned, which is a good sign. Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. Warranty claim went through with no drama. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Survived a week of fairly rough handling.

  “Genuinely impressed”
  Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. Kept the kids busy for far longer than I expected.
