  “Long wait, poor result”
  Customs charges I was not warned about at checkout. Got copy-paste replies that did not address the problem. Not what I ordered, a similar but cheaper version. Not worth the risk in my opinion.

  Third order with Caseco this year, so that probably tells you enough. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Turned up in four working days with no fuss. Photos on the site do not really do it justice. Grip is good and it does not slide off the table.
