  “Smooth experience”
  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Grip is good and it does not slide off the table.

  “Quick and painless”
  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but Smarterstore surprised me. Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Charging speed matches what was advertised.

  “Long wait, poor result”
  Feels cheap and flimsy, nothing like the description. Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well. Two stars only because it eventually arrived.

  Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Grip is good and it does not slide off the table.

  “Great value for money”
  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but Smarterstore surprised me. Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. The case fits my model exactly with no gaps around the buttons.
